Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective/damaged product.

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately. Address changes may be possible if the order has not yet shipped. Once an order has shipped, address changes are not possible, and you may need to coordinate with the carrier.
8.3 P.O. Boxes
We may ship to P.O. Boxes depending on the shipping method and carrier. Some expedited shipping methods may not be available for P.O. Box addresses.
9. Tracking Information
9.1 Tracking Numbers
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use the tracking number to monitor your package’s progress through the carrier’s website.
9.2 Tracking Updates
Tracking information is provided by the shipping carrier and may take 24-48 hours to update after shipment. If tracking information is not available immediately, please allow additional time for the carrier to process the shipment.
10. Delivery
10.1 Delivery Confirmation
Most carriers provide delivery confirmation. Once a package shows as “delivered” in tracking, it is considered delivered. We are not responsible for packages that are stolen or misplaced after delivery confirmation.
10.2 Signature Requirements
Some orders may require a signature upon delivery, depending on the shipping method selected or the value of the order. If a signature is required and no one is available to sign, the carrier will typically leave a notice with instructions for pickup or rescheduling.
10.3 Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery is attempted but unsuccessful (e.g., no one available to receive, incorrect address), the carrier will typically:
- Leave a notice with pickup instructions
- Attempt redelivery (depending on carrier policy)
- Return the package to sender after multiple failed attempts
If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery, you may be responsible for additional shipping costs to reship the order.
11. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
11.1 Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit:
- Contact us immediately with your order number
- We will file a claim with the shipping carrier
- We will investigate and work to resolve the issue
- Resolution may include replacement, refund, or reshipment, at our discretion
Please allow sufficient time for delivery before reporting a package as lost (typically 7-10 business days after the expected delivery date).
11.2 Stolen Packages
If your package is stolen after delivery confirmation, please:

- File a report with local law enforcement
- Contact the shipping carrier
We will work with you to resolve stolen package issues on a case-by-case basis. We are not responsible for packages stolen after delivery confirmation.
11.3 Damaged Packages
If you receive a damaged package:
- Do not discard the packaging or product
- Take photos of the damaged package and product
- Contact us immediately with photos and your order number
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. If international shipping becomes available in the future:
- Customers will be responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees
- Customs processing may cause delivery delays
- We are not responsible for packages held or rejected by customs

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

- Natural disasters
- Carrier service disruptions
- Other events beyond our control
In such cases, we will work with carriers to minimize delays, but delivery timeframes cannot be guaranteed.
14. Multiple Item Orders
Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages if:
- Items are located in different warehouses
- Items have different processing times
- Packaging requirements necessitate separate shipments
You will receive separate tracking information for each package. Shipping costs are calculated based on the total order, not per package.
15. Order Modifications and Cancellations
Once an order has been processed for shipment, modifications or cancellations may not be possible. If you need to modify or cancel an order, contact us immediately. Orders that have not yet shipped may be eligible for modification or cancellation.
