This Refund Returns Policy (“Policy”) governs returns, refunds, and exchanges for products purchased from STOUT ALKZ LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By making a purchase, you agree to the terms of this Policy.

3. Return Eligibility

3.1 Timeframe for Returns

To be eligible for a return, you must initiate the return process within 7 days of the date you received your order. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted unless required by law.

3.2 Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be in their original, unopened packaging
  • Be unused and in the same condition as when received
  • Include all original labels, tags, and documentation
  • Not be damaged, altered, or tampered with

3.3 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse or negligence
  • Products that have been altered or modified
  • Products returned without original packaging
  • Digital products or downloadable content
  • Products purchased on clearance or final sale
  • Custom or personalized products

4. Return Process

4.1 Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order:

Please include the following information in your return request:

  • Order number
  • Date of purchase
  • Item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return
  • video evidence to support the claims clearly. Without undeniable proof of accused state, all sales are final.

4.2 Return Authorization

All returns require prior authorization from STOUT ALKZ. STOUT ALKZ WILL COVER THE ORDER AND SEND A REPLACEMENT WHEN INSURANCE IS PURCHASED IF THE PACKAGE IS LOST IN TRANSIT. We will review your return request and provide you with:

  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  • Return shipping instructions
  • Return address

Do not ship items back without receiving an RMA number. Returns sent without authorization will not be processed or refunded.

4.3 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for returns. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

6. Refund Processing

6.1 Refund Timeframe

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.

6.2 Refund Amount

Refunds will be issued for:

  • The purchase price of the returned item(s)
  • Refunds will NOT include:

    • Return shipping costs
    • Restocking fees (if applicable – see Section 7)
    • Original payment processing fees

    6.3 Refund Methods

    Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, subject to the following:

    6.3.1 Credit/Debit Card Payments

    Refunds to credit or debit cards typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days after processing. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

    6.3.2 Cryptocurrency Payments

    IMPORTANT – CRYPTO PAYMENT REFUNDS:

    For orders paid with cryptocurrency:

    • Refunds may be processed in the same cryptocurrency used for the original payment, or
    • Refunds may be issued in USD equivalent value at the time of refund processing, at our discretion
    • Cryptocurrency refund amounts will be calculated based on the USD value of the original transaction
    • Due to cryptocurrency price volatility, the refund amount in cryptocurrency may differ from the original payment amount
    • Blockchain network fees may be deducted from cryptocurrency refunds
    • Refund processing times may be longer for cryptocurrency payments due to blockchain confirmation requirements

    Cryptocurrency Transaction Irreversibility: Original cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible once confirmed on the blockchain. Refunds will be processed as new transactions, which may take additional time to confirm.

    Refund Address: For cryptocurrency refunds, you may be required to provide a valid cryptocurrency wallet address. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the refund address. We are not responsible for refunds sent to incorrect addresses.

    7. Restocking Fees

    Currently, STOUT ALKZ does not charge restocking fees for eligible returns. However, we reserve the right to implement restocking fees in the future. If restocking fees are applied, they will be clearly disclosed at the time of purchase and in this Policy.

    Restocking fees (if applicable) may be charged for:

    • Returns of opened products (if accepted)
    • Returns that do not meet condition requirements

    8. Exchanges

    We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item:

    1. Return the original item according to our return policy
    2. Once the return is processed and refunded, place a new order for the desired item

    This ensures accurate inventory management and proper processing of both transactions.

    9. Cancellations

    9.1 Order Cancellation Before Shipment

    If you wish to cancel an order before it has shipped, please contact us immediately. Once an order has successfully completed processing it is final.

    9.2 Order Cancellation After Shipment

    Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may return the item(s) according to our return policy after receiving the order.

    9.3 Cancellation by STOUT ALKZ

    We reserve the right to cancel orders for any reason, including:

    • Product unavailability
    • Pricing errors
    • Suspected fraud
    • Violation of our Terms of Service
    • Geographic restrictions

    10. Chargebacks and Disputes

    If you have a concern about your order, please contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly.

    Initiating a chargeback or dispute without first contacting us may result in:

    • Account suspension or termination
    • Inability to place future orders
    • Additional fees or penalties

    For cryptocurrency payments, chargebacks are not applicable due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions. All disputes regarding cryptocurrency payments must be resolved directly with us.

    11. Special Circumstances

    11.1 Lost or Stolen Packages

    If your package is lost or stolen after delivery confirmation, StoutAlkz is not responsible for anything that happens once it leaves our facility. It is on you to ensure proper receiving conditions.

    11.2 Undeliverable Packages

    If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs to reship the order. If the customer does not wish to pay for reshipping, no refund will be issued.

    12. Refund Denials

    We reserve the right to deny refunds in the following circumstances:

    • Return request submitted after the 7-day return period
    • Items not in original condition or packaging
    • Items damaged due to customer misuse
    • Returns without proper authorization (RMA number)
    • Suspected fraud or abuse of the return policy
    • Violation of our Terms of Service

    13. Legal Rights

    This Policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. If you are located in a jurisdiction that provides additional consumer protection rights, those rights are in addition to the terms of this Policy.
